Students travel to and from school in multiple ways. Everyone plays a role in helping them arrive safely. Pursuant to Maryland Ann. Code Ed. Art.§ 7-1502(7), MCSS is directed to provide information on traveling to and from school to parents and students at least twice a year, including strategies for personal safety. Local schools and communities are encouraged to make available information during the year that promotes safe practices.
